No. As long as we have access to your home, you do not need to be present. Many clients provide entry instructions or access codes. For first-time cleanings, some clients prefer to be home to point out priority areas, but it is not required.
We ask that you pick up personal items from floors, countertops, and surfaces to allow our team to clean efficiently. Please remove dishes from sinks and countertops before arrival. Dishwashing and dish loading are not included.
Yes. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences, sensitivities, or allergies, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, we love pets. For everyone’s safety, we ask that pets be secured in a separate room or area during the cleaning so our team can work efficiently and safely.
For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide: Laundry services, Organization or clutter
removal, Pet waste cleanup, Biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup, Exterior home cleaning, Professional carpet cleaning, Hardwood stripping or polishing, Window track cleaning (not included in recurring maintenance or One-Time Deep Cleaning. Heavy buildup, mold, paint, adhesive, pet residue, or restoration-level conditions may require a separate quote.), Cleaning areas beyond safe reach (step stool only).
Please contact WGCS promptly if you notice damage. We will review the circumstances and work with you toward an appropriate resolution under our service policy. Please secure fragile or sentimental items before a visit when possible.
If an eligible area within your booked scope needs additional attention, contact WGCS within 24 hours of service. We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate resolution under our 24-Hour Clean-Right Commitment.
Your card on file may receive a temporary authorization prior to service. Final payment is processed after your cleaning is completed.
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment are free.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or inability to access the home may result in a full charge. This policy ensures our cleaning professionals are compensated for reserved time.
Standard household trash from bins is included. Removal of excess trash or items outside normal bins may result in an additional fee.
Professional carpet cleaning is not included in standard residential cleaning, but may be available as a separate specialty add-on through WGCS.

Yes. Photos are encouraged when your home has heavy buildup, pet hair, stains, move-out conditions, or special areas that need attention. Photos help WGCS set expectations and route the job properly.
