Absolutely. Reschedules 48+ hours ahead are free. Anything inside 48 hours may incur a fee to compensate the reserved team.
We do our best to send a consistent team for recurring customers, but we cannot guarantee the exact same cleaners on every visit. Every WGCS cleaning professional follows the same published checklist.
