We’re looking for experienced residential cleaning professionals and established cleaning teams who take pride in reliable service, clear communication, and a job done right. Who we’re looking for
- Experienced residential cleaners and established teams. Our standard review looks for four years of business operation and at least three years of paid residential cleaning experience; you can explain a different path in the form.
- People who can reliably reach appointments in an insured vehicle and have active business liability insurance.
- Professionals who follow the applicable WGCS service checklist, communicate clearly, and document work with required before and after photos.
- Teams that identify every person who may enter a customer home so each person can complete WGCS screening and approval.
If you do not meet a standard today, tell us about your circumstances in the form. Exceptions require owner review and approval.
What joining WGCS looks like
- Initial review. We look at residential cleaning experience, service areas, availability, vehicle access, and insurance status.
- Conversation and screening. Applicants invited forward may be asked for a written cleaning checklist, insurance documentation, references, and the names of everyone who would enter a customer home. Headshots are requested later through a restricted process.
- Paid working evaluation. Eligible applicants complete three paid, supervised cleans to demonstrate the WGCS standard. We explain the checklist and expectations before work begins.
- Final approval. After screening and three passing evaluations, WGCS may approve you to work with our cleaning team. Future opportunities depend on coverage, performance, customer demand, and job economics.
Home access rule: Only people individually approved by WGCS may enter a customer home for a WGCS service. This includes helpers, crew members, employees, and substitutes. Unauthorized entry ends eligibility to work with WGCS.
