How do I get pricing?

Pricing is based on your home size, service type, cleaning frequency, and any add-on services selected. You can receive instant, upfront pricing by using our online booking system. No hidden fees. No surprises.

What's the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?

Standard Cleaning is ideal for homes that are cleaned regularly and focuses on maintaining

cleanliness. Deep Cleaning is more detailed and is recommended for first-time services, homes

that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently, or when extra attention is needed for baseboards, detailed dusting, and buildup. A Deep Clean is required before starting recurring service.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. As long as we have access to your home, you do not need to be present. Many clients provide entry instructions or access codes. For first-time cleanings, some clients prefer to be home to point out priority areas, but it is not required.

What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?

We ask that you pick up personal items from floors, countertops, and surfaces to allow our team to clean efficiently. Dishes should be cleared from sinks unless dish loading is added as a service.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences, sensitivities, or allergies, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we love pets. For everyone’s safety, we ask that pets be secured in a separate room or area during the cleaning so our team can work efficiently and safely.

What items or services are not included?

For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide: Laundry services, Organization or clutter

removal, Pet waste cleanup, Biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup, Exterior home cleaning, Professional carpet cleaning, Hardwood stripping or polishing, Window track cleaning, Cleaning areas beyond safe reach (step stool only).

What if something is damaged during a cleaning?

While rare, accidents can happen. If something is damaged, we document it immediately and notify you right away. We are fully insured and committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally. We recommend securing fragile or sentimental items when possible.

What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll return to address the issue at no additional charge.

When will I be charged?

Your card on file may receive a temporary authorization prior to service. Final payment is processed after your cleaning is completed.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment are free.

Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or inability to access the home may result in a full charge. This policy ensures our cleaning professionals are compensated for reserved time.

Do you remove trash?

Standard household trash from bins is included. Removal of excess trash or items outside normal bins may result in an additional fee.
