Property-specific turnover cleaning for qualifying short-term rentals between guest stays. The confirmed scope is based on the property setup, sleeping surfaces, turnover window, laundry requirements, host-supplied consumables, access, and selected eligible options.
What a turnover clean covers
Every short-term rental is different. During booking you select the unit size, bed/bath count, and any host-specific add-ons. The scope of work is defined by what you book — nothing is automatically included beyond the selected service and approved add-ons.
- Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas cleaned to a guest-ready standard
- Trash removed and surfaces reset for the next check-in
- Optional add-ons selected at booking (see list below)
Standard bed rule
Base turnover pricing includes resetting one bed per bedroom.
Additional beds, bunk beds, sleeper sofas, and other sleeping surfaces
requiring reset must be selected through the applicable property setup
or approved options.
Laundry
Laundry must be selected according to the actual number of loads
required for the turnover.
Microwave
Microwave interior and exterior cleaning is included in the standard
turnover scope.

Laundry
Laundry must be selected according to the actual number of loads
required for the turnover.
Optional add-ons (selected at booking)
The following host requests are not automatically included. They must be selected during booking, and pricing adjusts accordingly:
- Linen and towel laundering
- Host-Supplied Consumable Restock
WGCS does not automatically purchase or front the cost of consumable
supplies. Approved restocking uses host-supplied items available at
the property.
- Excessive dish handling
- Damage or maintenance reporting with photos
Basic visible damage, missing-item, or maintenance-exception reporting
is an operational turnover process. It is not sold as a generic paid
add-on.
- Interior windows
- Inside oven, fridge, or dishwasher
Condition review
Route these conditions to review:
- Excessive trash
- Excessive dishes
- Excessive pet hair
- Party conditions
- Biohazards
- Material conditions outside the confirmed turnover scope
Add rules for:
- Same-day/compressed turnover windows
- Holiday scheduling
- Access delays
- Late guest departure
- Missing supplies
- Laundry exceeding the selected number of loads
Scope & Claim Notes
- The booked service and approved add-ons determine the scope of work.
- Excessive or undisclosed conditions may require review before or during service.
- Material scope changes require customer approval.
- Specialty surfaces or unusual conditions must be disclosed at booking.
- Excluded or hazardous work is not automatically included.
