World’s Greatest Cleaning Services

Recurring House Cleaning

See exactly what's included in every clean

Initial or One-Time Deep Clean

Our Deep Clean is designed for first-time clients, one-time cleaning needs, and homes beginning recurring maintenance service. This service addresses ordinary accumulated household buildup throughout the booked areas of the home, with additional attention to reachable surfaces, fixtures, accessible baseboards, doors, floor edges, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces.
A Deep Clean is more detailed than Recurring Maintenance, but it is not unlimited cleaning, property restoration, remediation, move-in/move-out cleaning, or post-construction cleanup. The final scope is based on the home’s size, disclosed condition, accessible areas, and selected add-ons.
Deep Clean Scope: Detailed residential cleaning for ordinary household buildup in accessible areas. Conditions requiring restoration, hazardous cleanup, excessive labor, or specialty treatment are outside the standard service scope.

Grout whitening, grout restoration, resealing, mineral-damage removal, permanent discoloration removal, mold remediation, and removal of deeply embedded buildup are not included.

Recurring Maintenance Clean

Recurring Maintenance Cleaning keeps your home consistently under control after its initial reset. Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly service, and WGCS will follow a consistent maintenance checklist throughout the booked areas of your home.

This service addresses ordinary dust, fingerprints, light bathroom and kitchen buildup, routine floor care, and everyday household cleaning needs. It is not designed to remove heavy accumulated buildup, restore neglected surfaces, perform remediation, or replace a Deep Clean.

Recurring Service Requirement: Recurring Maintenance normally begins after an eligible Initial Deep Clean. WGCS may approve a home to begin directly with recurring service when the property already meets maintenance-level standards.

Maintenance-Level Scope: Extended gaps between visits, missed appointments, heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, renovations, parties, move-related conditions, or other major household events may require additional approval, revised pricing, eligible add-ons, or another Deep Clean before recurring service continues.

Empty-Home Move-In / Move-Out Clean

A comprehensive cleaning for empty homes, apartments, condos, and rental properties before move-in, after move-out, or before property handoff.

This service includes everything in the One-Time Deep Clean, plus additional attention to accessible baseboards, doors, empty closets, built-in shelving, floor edges, corners, thresholds, and other areas that are easier to access in an empty property.

The property must be completely empty of occupants, furniture, personal belongings, boxes, and loose moving materials at the scheduled service time. Inside appliances, cabinet interiors, interior window glass, and other optional services are included only when selected during booking.

Empty-Property Requirement: Furnished, partially occupied, or materially cluttered properties may require rescheduling, revised pricing, or conversion to another service.

Airbnb & Vacation Rental Turnover

Turnover cleaning for Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term-rental properties between guest stays. Property-specific services and optional add-ons — including linens, laundry, and consumables restocking — are selected during booking and depend on property eligibility and client-supplied supplies.

Post-Construction Final Clean

Detailed final cleaning after construction or renovation work, focused on construction dust, reachable surfaces, fixtures, floors, and occupancy-ready presentation based on the approved project scope. Pricing and availability are confirmed after WGCS reviews the project condition, scope, access, photos, and scheduling requirements. This service is performed after construction work is substantially complete, contractors have left the quoted areas, and bulk construction debris has been removed.

Understanding the Deep Clean Scope

Accessible Baseboard Cleaning

Standard Deep Clean service includes dusting and a light wipe of accessible baseboard surfaces for ordinary loose dust and light surface marks. Baseboards blocked by furniture, belongings, appliances, or unsafe conditions are not included.

Light Blind Dusting

Standard Deep Clean service includes light dusting of reachable, stable, and eligible blinds. Blinds are not removed, and every slat is not individually hand-wiped unless Detailed Blind Cleaning is selected.

Door Spot Cleaning

WGCS will spot-wipe accessible door faces, frames, handles, and hardware for ordinary fingerprints, smudges, and surface marks. Full door restoration, painted-surface restoration, adhesive removal, ink removal, permanent mark removal, and damage repair are not included.

Reachable Areas

Reachable areas are surfaces that can be safely accessed from the floor or with a standard step stool. WGCS does not climb ladders, furniture, countertops, appliances, or other unsafe surfaces.

Service Limitations & Safety Guidelines

For the safety of our cleaning technicians and the protection of your property, the following limitations apply to every WGCS cleaning service:

Scope Notice: Only the booked service and selected add-ons are included. Pricing is based on the home details, condition, and service information provided during booking. Conditions that materially exceed the information submitted may require customer approval, revised pricing, an additional service fee, rescheduling, or conversion to a custom scope. WGCS may decline or stop service when conditions are unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, structurally unsound, materially misrepresented, or outside the booked service scope.
